Delivery Information

Returns and refunds


We will notify you that your item has been despatched - normally within 2 working days.

Within the UK your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Please select which you prefer when completeing your order.

For an extra charge of £3.50 UK orders can be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery for Recorded or Special Delivery.

International orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Airmail. For an extra £6.50 charge, orders can be sent Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your pearl jewellery purchase, you may cancel your order within 10 days after receipt of goods and request a full refund or replacement item.

Guidelines for doing this are below:
Due to hygiene reasons, in keeping with standard industry policy, we cannot accept returns of earrings (unless they are defective).

We only ask the following:
• As is standard industry practice, we cannot accept returns of custom-ordered items.
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods via post, telephone or email.
• Post back the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 3 working days
• Obtain a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office.
• It is recommended that you insure the goods with Royal Mail for return, as we are unable to process a refund until we receive the returned goods.
• We will process your refund upon receipt of the goods within 5 working days or replace according to your requirements. We cannot control the time it takes your card issuer to credit your account.
